Delivery information
- We use DHL for all UK and International deliveries.
- Delivery times are for in stock products only. For exact delivery dates on pre-ordered items please contact info@capranv.com
- All DHL deliveries are tracked and must be signed for.
- Please be aware that UK public holidays will affect your expected delivery date.
- All orders come packed in our Capra NV presentation gift boxes, free of charge.

Each item is individually made to order. Please allow 6 months for shipping.

Capra NV Customised
Capra NV customised order lead time will be advised once the design has been approved by the customer.

We deliver UK wide and are providing the delivery service Free of Charge.
International Delivery
Due to international trading agreements and local customs restrictions, we may be unable to ship certain items to your location. We will let you know if this is the case once you proceed to purchase.

DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
We ship to destinations DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis which means all relevant import taxies and duties are not included in the final purchase. As the customer you will get contacted by customs once the shipment arrives, and will have to settle any charges in order for customs to release the shipment and it will then be delivered to you the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time we are unable to ship orders to General Delivery, P.O. Boxes, Jersey, Guernsey and the Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Poste Restante and countries where there is a government restriction in place.
Orders made to any of these addresses will be cancelled. The delivery address of your order must match the country site in which you place your order. Please select the correct country currency for your order.
