Each Capra NV order is prepared with our own special Capra NV branded double gift box. With an exchange and return service, Capra NV is the ideal website for purchasing goods for yourself or gifts.
You can return all standard products ordered on Capra NV within 7 (seven) working days following the delivery date in their original packaging and with a copy of the invoice. Returns charges are to be paid by the customer. Bespoke orders and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
How can I return or exchange a product ordered on capranv.com?
You can return/exchange any standard item purchased from capranv.com within 7 (seven) days after the delivery date. The item(s) must be in its original packaging and with its receipt, the return is at your expense. The item(s) will be refunded once full inspection has taken place to ensure there is no damage to the product or packaging.
Should you decide to exercise your right to return purchased products, Swanky Ltd trading as Capra NV will not accept returned products that have been altered from their original status, worn or damaged. Please note Capra NV do not refund the original cost of shipping the product to you.

The goods must then be returned within 7 (seven) working days from receiving.
Once the goods have been received you will receive a confirmation email. Your exchange/refund will then be processed.

Is capranv.com a secured website?
Yes. All the information transmitted is secured using standard internet protocols (SSL). Capra NV does not store credit or debit card information.

You can use capranv.com without giving out any personal information. However, when you create an account on Capra NV, we will collect the necessary information relative to the invoicing and shipping of your order

Where does Capra NV deliver?
Capranv.com delivers all over the world with few exceptions. We can ship to many countries on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties on orders placed outside of the EU.

Do you have a gift service?
Capranv.com is the perfect place to buy someone a present. It is extremely easy to do, just enter the person's address as the delivery address. There is also the option to add a personalised message which will be attached to the package.
Can I return bespoke items?
Swanky Ltd trading as Capra NV does not accept returns for any item that is made to order including but not limited to bespoke pens, cufflinks and watches. In addition, this includes styles to which engraving, or bespoke messages are added. Capra NV is not responsible for any personal items that are added to our products after point of sale.
